years ago my friend was having a bad day, so i invited her over to bake some zucchini bread.
now, every time i think about zucchini bread i'm taken back to that wonderful afternoon baking with a good friend.
it's been really busy and stressful for me these past weeks and i decided to make some zucchini bread on my own (husband wasn't too interested in the whole process besides eating).
the twist? i added some lavender and dark chocolate.
i would happily give you the recipe, however, i didn't follow the one i had. it had too much sugar and oil and called for things i didn't have or add.
i might have to remake this recipe and write down my own measurements. then i might share it with you.
